Well we progressed far enough today to feel good about telling you
that the venue for the proposed new addition to our race series is...

INDIAN LEDGE, Trumbull, CT

If you are familiar with the place, you know that it will make for an
awesome race course! Expect between a 6 and 8 mile loop...and
probably a separate 4 mile loop that Beginners and First Timers will
do multiple laps on. The terrain is varied...it has EVERYTHING...and
for those who don't think that there are challenging trails in CT,
you are WRONG! The course is going to be designed by some guys that
frequent our Series and basically live in Indian Ledge! POST SOME
DETAILS ON THE PLACE HERE IF U ARE FAMILIAR WITH IT...

We have some hoops to jump through yet, to make it all happen, but we
believe it will be a matter of paperwork and due process at this
point. This is the "NEW" race we have eluded to for a while
now...things got to a slow start, but are CRUISING now!

Beyond the GREAT technical aspects of this race, we want to let you
know that this is going to be 100% a fundraiser for a local
organization (still to be determined). Smart Cycles, its staff and
resources are donating all their time and expertise to make this
happen with the help of Trumbull resident and former series expert
Brian Holinko and his pals! TAKE A BOW BRIAN....

We'll update you on our progress and as soon as we have a firm date
for the event, it will be posted here and on our website
www.smartcycles.com!
