Are you interested in living next to a great riding area? Do you want to ride right out of your garage and into ~1,000 acres of trails in premium riding country? We are leaving the area and need to sell our townhouse condominium, which was completed January 20th 2000. The condominium is one of three units.
We are planning on selling the townhouse privately. We are asking $375,000. If we have to use a realtor we will be asking $400,000 for the unit.
