I was at Fort Rock today and it was in great shape. I rode about 10.5 miles and it was almost all good. The green trail in from the parking lot was kind of icy until you started to climb, but after that it was good going. about 80% clear, 20% snow and ice. Virtually all rideable even without studs. With studs you'd rock and roll. The Newfields side (on the other side of 101) had more snow and ice but was almost totally rideable, including the section with the bridges. BTW, I met another rider out there who is on the conservation commision there and he told me that the development is going in there next year, and that both bridges will be gone, even though the land owner wants to keep at least one of them. Seems the head of the conservation commision wants them out. Even though he's the only one it looks like he makes the rules. Ride 'em while you can. Here's a picture of trail conditions:
