Well after converting an old bike and loving riding it. I couldn't stop. I started having troubles and thought the chain was slipping but after getting a new singleator, it was the freehub body. I really didn't want to keep playing with this old thing and throwing money at the project so....

I picked up a Bianchi SISS which is what I wanted all along but couldn't justify buying a bike that I didn't know if I would ride. Now I have it. I will ride it tomorrow for the first time. I did have some troubles with the headset right from the shop and had to take it back. The bottom seal wasn't sitting on top of the race and left about a 1/8 gap in one spot. It was pushed back up and snapped into position. I just didn't want to take my brand new bike all apart and I think that would be the right way to fix it but it seems OK. I got a lizard skin to cover it up too. My rear tire wasn't seated on the rim right either and was hitting the chain stay pretty good so I took care of that last night.

How hard is changing the rear tire? I asked the wrench at the shop and he said just loosen the caliper and slide the wheel out. Anyone got a good quick method? I fear a flat on my night ride tomorrow.
