Why Iron Horse Bike Company Kicks A**

Got my frame, busted derailleur hanger came with it. Could it be that
:-XBROWN (UPS) :-X delivered it? Probably. Anyhow I call Iron Horse and ask if they could send me a replacement and one additional one which I would gladly pay for plus 2 day shipping (figuring maybee BROWN could deliver 2 derailleur hangers without breaking them).
Talked with Bruce and Todd on the phone. They'd send out 2, 2 day, no cost to me. Now this is what I got in the mail today. Now I don't know about the bike yet as the wheels are being built, but IH customer service is the shiznat. http://webpages.charter.net/kfarrelldba/han.JPG

UPS absolutely sucks a** so bad. Every time I order something 2 day, say it goes out on Tue, I don't get it till Fri. I hate UPS and I hope they go out of phucking business. FED EX and Airborne seem to have their shite togther. BROWN is the color of Shite and BROWN is the color of UPS. F-UPS

WOW! AND, a new keyboard!! How did those guys know that you had worn out the old one post-whoring? That's customer service! Next time try for a flat-panel monitor or a DVD burner. Sh*t if they are giving away computer equipment maybe I should get an IronHorse!! I NEED a new Mac G5.

Actually the reason all your crap comes late and damaged is that you are always harrasing the UPS guy for your stuff, he's just F'n with you.

I can see it now at the UPS sort facility in Worcester..........

UPS guy #1 "Hey look it's another package for that wacky Kevin Farrell guy up on George street."

UPS guy #2 "Yea it looks like more bike parts and here is another package for him, looks like sex toys."

UPS guy #1 "Have you ever noticed that he waits on the corner for us to show up, as soon as he sees the truck he starts jumping up and down like he's standing on hot coals in his socks"

UPS guy #2 " Yea he's something. If you really want to mess with him drive right by while he's waiting, make sure you hold up the package that clearly says 2nd day air on it."

UPS guy #1 "Wooo Hooo, I love doing that. What do you say we roll over these packages with the fork truck a few times before we deliver them."

UPS guy #2 "Sounds like a plan. Hey do you want to come over my house later and watch re-runs of king of Queens?"

Well fortunately the remainder of my parts is coming Airborne express, not UPS. Phew ;D
However I did order a park stand that is coming UPS so we'll already consider that damaged. Knuck
