A few more details could be helpful. Does it happen only when you pedal? only when seated? It may not even be the frame, It could be many things, not limited to:
stem
handlebars
pedals / cleats
bottom bracket
cranks
chainring bolts
chain
derailer pulleys
saddle
lube & tighten everything and see what happens.

Good advice from AA.
The most annoying and hard to find squeaks I have had were seat rails and cleats.

no squeaks when on the trainer so pedal/cleat (although these are Time ATACs and I've heard squeaky stories about them) is out. Applied some up/down weight and the shock is quiet. While on the road when I'm off the seat it still does it so the saddle is out.
Seems to be coming from the front (stem, maybe bb?). arghhhh! Great bike except this!

Sounds like the stem may be the cause. Standing next to the bike push down on and twist the bars to see if you can duplicate the noise.

what kind of fork is on it? Marzocchi? I have a 2001 Z3 that creaked and then I sent it back to them for work on the cryofit and now it creaks again. Very slight. They said that it wouldn't break. They never had one returned (so they say).

I had a sugar1 with the same problem. Took it to Naults in Nashua, they took it apart, cleaned it and reasembled, no more squeek. I think the rear pivot bushing was the culprit. Its a dry fit and once a little water and dirt get in. .. I also noticed after a couple of weeks of riding itseemed to start squeeking again. I'll never know as the frame broke last June but Gary Fisher replaced it with a team issue (very sweet) and the pivot and shock are different. but no squeeks yet
