I got this on the e-mail list. Derrick is my partner and mentor in the skills series rides.
"During a brain fart Friday night I forgot to lock my bike up when I put it in the bed of my truck. Well some kind civic minded individual took it upon themselves to take my bike for safe keeping. Except, they forgot to tell me who they are and where my bike is. My fault. But in the end I get to get a new bike. Any suggestions I thinking specialized epic or Fisher sugar 3+ w disc. Any thoughts on which way to go. I had a sugar. So if you see my sugar make sure you thank that individual for me."

I don't think Derrick wants the bike back but it would be nice if the thief didn't have it either. Perhaps before thanking the individual, as Derrick requests, we should help him to master that no hander back flip off the acapulco.
