17" RHYGIN JUKE

size "17 inch" (16 c-to-c,18c-to-t).
This is a older model, which has been sitting around a local shop and never been used. The bike was once built, but was stripped down and the build kit was sold. I believe this frame to be made of Reynolds 853 for the main triangle, and the rear triangle 4130 Chro-moly.
