MWF 5'6" 135 lb brunette looking for someone to ride Fort Rock this weekend. I like music, food, and long technical rides in the woods. Rides well-worn full suspension white Wocjik. Respondents must have sense of humor, bike handling skills, aerobic capacity, and knowledge of the trails. This would be my first time, but I'm willing to take things fast. Groups welcome. Depending on timing, husband may be willing to join in the fun.

;D

No seriously... anyone game for a ride at Fort Rock?

Z,

That's NOO's home court if you will. And I know Todd was just there last Sunday with a group of riders.

Hope you find your ride guide!

Digger-
Please join us! Your trailfinding skills (in addition to your company, of course!) would be much appreciated.

Mr. and Mrs. MtbTom are going to meet up with Pete and me for a fast midday ride Monday. (Assuming weather holds out.) The current plan is 11AM.

Anyone else interested? Todd@ Mt.A? NOO? EVIL:BOTA?
Z

PS - Did a ride at Carlisle today, and despite the swarms of skeeters, it was a good time.

What is this fast thing? Why do so many people want to ride fast all the time?

Z - I'm there. I assume "there" is the RR trestle lot. Just Bill, this is a good chance to fine tune the menu details. DS

Just head up 95 till the hamton toll booth and the junction of 101....get on 101 (exit 2) heading West towards Exeter/Manchester ...drive 10minutes.. get off at exit 10, end of ramp turn left RT-85, back toward Exeter for about 1/2 mile.....dirt road for parking is on your right directly before the train trestle (if you go under little train tunnel too far!)

one more time take SHARP right, right before train trestle.........up the little hill and your at the parking lot.

I'm going to ride a SingleSpeed tomorrow. good place for it!

It was awesome! But you know that saying: "careful what you ask for..."?? Well, that was a nice fast ride alright! But it was exactly what the doctor ordered.

Digger- thanks so much for showing us some excellent trails. What a great mix of middle-ring technical and big ring smooth singletrack! I want to go back again soon.

After a long stop at Wendy's and a long shower, I'm about ready for a nap. (If only it weren't already dinner time!)

Wow!

Despite being in horrific shape for this time of the year, I'm disappointed I missed this ride. Z, I got your message but I was at Lake Winni all weekend.

Digger does know the place well and I'm sure he took you for good tour.

Question is: Will you come back?
