Organized rides in the Waltham area

I'm making my move out to Waltham this week and was curious what there are for organized rides in the area. I saw Tom Grimble's thursday night ride, but I am not sure if I will be able to attend those because of a evening class scheduled. If there are any mountain bike rides, or road rides, I would love to tag along. I really don't care about the pace that much, willing to do slower beginner rides to at least get out there, socialize, and figure out where the trails are, but am certainly able to hand insane expert rides as well.

Rides are posted to their email list. The list is very high volume but it's on yahoo groups so you can subscribe and choose to not actually receive the emails and just read the ones you want off the yahoo groups web site. They have been doing a Monday night ride at Great Book farm and they also have a big Thursday night ride at the Fells (though that is the same time as the Thursday Belmont ride and Belmont is closer to Waltham).

Bill Boles also leads a Monday mellow ride that moves around the Boston metro area. I'm not sure if he does it every week but if you subscribe to the MTB-BOSTON email list you'll eventually see him post something about it.
