Shenipsit - Monday August 18th

I'm planning on riding at Shenipsit, starting at the parking lot off Gulf Road Monday August 18th at 5:30 or so. I plan on being back to the car before dark - no lights. Let me know if you want to join. I plan on trying out a new route - starting the ride by crossing Gulf Road. Sorta the reverse of my "normal" loop.

Who ordered the rain? I poured for about a half hour, other than that and a flat - it was a great ride. Nice temps compared to last week!

I did a road ride tonight and somehow avoided the rain showers! I guess I got lucky. Great riding temps though eh Jisch??

MBC and I didn't get so lucky. We did a 23 mile road ride and got rained on. :D

Yeah man - some nice riding weather. It made me really think about how great the riding is in Sept and Oct, my favorite time of year to ride.

We should hook up for a ride sometime soon. While I love Shenipsit, I've been riding there a LOT lately (I think my last four rides have been there!).

We're doing Case in Manchester tomorrow if you're interested. 5:45 PM. So far, it looks like me, jollytime, McMG, MtnBikerChk, and two of JT's buddies.

And yes, Sept/Oct are the BEST!!! 8)
