Road ride tomorrow (7/29) night is anyone is interested. 5:30pm, starting in Bedford. ~40mile 2hr ride at a decent (but not deadly pace).

Awesome ride last night. We had a mess of folks and we made it nearly 5 miles before the group fragmented and we had our first puking incident. I think that may be a record ;)

48+ miles, sought out every decent hill in the area and attacked every one. Competition was limp, so to speak, save the forums own jaime with vicious and relentless attacks. PK played domestique at least 3 times with stellar pulls into the hill only to get passed on the hill sprint. Another forum member, yankeeheel, made his debut road ride w/ the group. He hung like a trooper though he made the rookie mistake of doing a hard solo ride the day before, for which he paid in the end. Non forum members Stig and Wolfe rounded out the field of survivors.

Nice EZ (chatty) pace in between the hills. We were out for just under 2.5 hrs door to door. Post ride fest included loads of suds, dogs, burgers, sausage and the like.

Finally points tally for the hill sprints was, if I recall, 10 - 5 - 2 for the 3 individuals who took points in the sprints.

Anyone want in for next week? This past week was a hoot!

Had a blast last night even though I was shelled by mile 32. That's my kind of ride. I will never again go out hard the day before a ride with you guys.
