I am hooking up with someone from Colorado next week to ride at 'Nam. Problem is, I have only been there once and was following a bunch of others at a BOD ride.
So, I'm armed with a Bikerag.com map but not much of a clue otherwise. The map has all kinds of numbers on it, but I don't know what they mean. I remember pulling off 495 and heading a mile or two south on 85 to park at Rosenfeld Park just past the cemetery. Sound good?
Any other tips? BTW, We'll be there on Tues afternoon, 8/22.

7/22?
There’s a few places to park depending on how much road you want to ride getting to the trails. I've been parking at AAC on Rt. 16 with no problems. Here are a few threads with directions. Other than the mention in the thread below, I’ve never heard of anyone being charged $$ to park there.

It's easy to get turned around in there but you can usually hear the highway unless you get over on the college rock side (green loop on the map 15, 16, 17). As you can see, 495 runs parallel to the powerlines which connect to 85 to the North and 16 to the South. Finding the powerlines will always get you out to either road, eventually. The college rock side is roughly bordered by 85 and Adams St. in Holliston which leads out to 16. There are more trails over there than the map shows but it's mostly horse ridden doubletrack. 16 and 85 are connected by Fortune Blvd. which has a big Target store on the top of the hill where some people are parking.
If you’re interested, I may be able to leave early and play tour guide. Depending on what time you're going that is.

Oops, yes, JULY 22nd, next Tuesday. I'm guessing we'll be hooking up around 12:30 or 1:00, as I have a meeting in Arlington @ 11:00.
Thanks for the info Mike. If you can make it that early, please let me know.

I just updated my directions in the first link Mike (If_Rider) posted. Now they are actually useful :)
I even attached a map. So check it out if you're still looking for a place to park.

Rob,
Looks like I'm in for Tuesday barring any last minute work emergencies. I'll send you a PM.
