I've heard great things about the Michelin Wildgripper Hot S tires. Anyone use 'em??

My vote is, the cheapest, widest, lightest you can find, in that order ;) I don't hold alot of faith in the subtle differences of MTB tires. I have had really good luck with the Tioga Factory DH kevlars. They have a strong casing, excellent traction, are huge, cheap and relatively light.

I've always had poor luck with Panaracer casings tearing or blowing out well before the treads wore out. The Geax have been pretty good, are huge, really light and can be found cheap now and then.
