I think Park has three models. The regular home version, the super-home version, and the shop version. From what I've heard, the regular home version is just fine and all you'd need for an occasional wheel build.

there's also a profesional one with a hole bunch of gauges. really tricked out. doubt you would need that one though. check out biketoolsetc.com for a shop selection of tools. great selection of choices there

i'm basically just looking to true my own wheels....no building going on here..so i'm thinking just hte home version of the Park Stand....i think that will work just fine for what i'm looking to do....
I true and center my wheels right on the bike. Tip it upside down clamp a cheap dial indicator carefully to a stay and true away. Don't have to take wheelsoff, disconnect brakes, no rear wheel drivetrain hassles...Bob

I have a Performance Spin Doctor, made by Minoura I believe. Works fine for cheap $$.
