Rocky Mountain Trail Care at Fort Rock this Saturday.
Meet at the parking area next to the train bridge on Rt 85 at 9:45, grab tools and assignments and start working by 10:00.

As an added bonus Goodales Bicycles of Hooksett has donated one gift certificate to be raffled off at each of our trail care events. So you may just be one of the lucky winners this Saturday.

Wear work clothes and bring munchies or whatever you like to eat, plenty of water and your bike and gear for a ride afterwards. Of course helmets are required.

This past Saturday we built two 10 foot of boardwalks at Ft Rock with a rockway to connect the two. This was a lot of work and the volunteers worked very hard to get it done.

The area we worked on had a long wet area that wouldn't dry out for most of the year.

You can't tell by the low camera angle and it does look like you can skip across but the water is actually about 8 feet wide, same is tru for the other side of the big rock.

I forgot to mention the great ride we had after the trail care!

Sorry about the photo size being so large, anyone have a suggestions on how to reduce the size to something reasonable?
