Beginner/Skills Series

Here is the list of rides Derrick Click and I will be doing this season. The dates are all Thursday evenings. If the weather is bad we will reschedule if possible. Experienced ride leaders are always welcome to attend and help out. First part of the ride we will focus on developing technique for specific skills and then use the different parks unique geography to practice those skills.

Sounds like a great opputunity to learn. Do you have a aproximate start time ? I need to arrange some time off from work.

The first ride went off great. 12 people in the group riding everything from a brand new Epic to a full ridgid Huffy. Yes the guy on the Huffy kicked everyones butt. We are doing it again in 2 weeks, same place and time(see above).


Come on down and join the fun, you just might learn somthing too.

i attended the first date and it was well done. bill and derrick did a fine job.

some of the ride was not beginner terrain but we beginners don't mind carrying our bikes, do we? ;)

i am unclear if the 5/29 date is identical instruction as the first ride or whether it's just the same park?

I think we will have a sign in sheet next time so i can accuratly report on everyones progress
