I think I just sold my house last night!!!

Well a couple came to look at our house last night and they loved it and are planning on putting in a really good offer!

They are the only ones to look at the house. I can't believe it happened so fast, but I'm not complaining!

If all goes well we could have a closing on it by the end of June!

But shite, that means I'll need a place to live (preferrably a place that will let me keep my two dogs) possibly as early as July 1st!

If any of you CT NEMBA members know of places for rent in and around the Hartford area (preferrably west of Hartford) that allow tenants to have dogs, please contact me via this thread, via email or via Private Message.

As I left the Res. on Sunday I saw a small house for rent right on Farmington Ave. It was a couple doors down from Central Wheel on the same side. You could walk/ride to work and ride to he Res! How awesome would that be? I could not see out back, but if it had a little yard you might be able to swing the dogs. Good luck! When are we going to get out and ride? I go Tuesday nights (6:30ish) with Benidorm, Thursday nights (8:00ish) with some buddies and Sunday afternoons with whomever we can scrape up. Look forward to hearing from you.

Well we signed all the paperwork on Saturday and the closing is set for June 30th. I saw that house for rent there on Farmington Avenue, but what scares me a little is that there is no phone number, only a listing of inquire within on the sign out front. I worry that if I inquire within, I might not come out! :o

I do plan to look into that place, I even think the backyard might be fenced in for the dogs to run - that would be really cool. I'd just have to be careful about traffic out front for when I have my sons with me and for the dogs' safety too.

I rode yesterday with JollyTime, his wife, his friend Mike, I Are Baboon, and Mountain Bike Chick. A good time was had by all at Meshomasic.

We'll definitely keep you posted on future east of the river weekend rides Matthew! Perhaps we could work out something like us hosting some west of river guys and vice versa during the course of this riding season. Whattya think?
