Well, we had a great ride at Mt. Pissa tonight.
Sun broke out...nice evening.

CP showed...nice to meet another Nemba guy. He's got a sweet newer SC Heckler and rides well.

Always great to be out riding with Splat as well. Learned some new trails and another really nice viewing ledge.

Now about Knuckles???
I won't give the poor guy too much crap for announcing a ride and not showing up or contacting anyone....cuz that's not my style. I'm sure he has a good excuse.

Yah what an ahole ha? I arrange the frickn thing and then don't show up. My daughter sprained her ankle today bad She got her frickn leg wedged in between two trees climbing it. The fire dept had to come to pry the trees apart with the jaws of life. Just kidding, they used some sort of pneumatic jack . The way her ankle was twisted, they diddn't wan't to move it, as she was screaming in pain and they diddn't want to make it worse. I guess the sneaker was wedged real bad. A neighbor tried to pry it out with a crow bar, no luck. I told her mom to call the FD in North Attleboro. Went to the Hospital after for the usual 3 hour wait. Got out at 9pm. Luckily it wasn't broken. Tucked her in at home and left, and now it's MY TIME at 11:30 PM. Parenting, it's a blast sometimes. But kid comes first. Always. So let me have it. Well here's the whole excuse ok? Read on. So while on my way down 290 (on my SCHEDULED day to leave early, I left at 3 pm to prep for the ride) I got the dreaded call at 5pm right at the offramp for Solomon pond rd exit. Like Bill said. Family first. Oh yeah for those that are confused. I live in Woosta, my daughter lives in N.Attleboro. Her mom and I weren't groovin to the same vibe so we're not a unit yo. However my new wife and I are yappin the same speak so thats cool, ya got me? Well I will hook up with you cats real soon. Knuckle

I dont mind that you didnt show up Kevin. I take a certian pride in being, possibly, the only NEMBA forum member to actually see you ride a bike. Keep on pumping up those woosta hills, paved tho they may be. The resale on your bikes will always be better that way anyhow.

It was great to meet other forum members Splat and Slomo(although Slomojo aint so slow -he can climb - fast!), and a good time was had by all. Good workout riding the climbs of Mt Pissa, it reminded me of sections in the Blue Hills. The best part was the big ole m :-Xd puddle we had to navigate... err go through at the end...I was lucky to make it through, after watching both Splat and Slomo get 1/2 way and plant there shoe right in the drink - no pictures to share tho.

Any folks interested in a Foxboro/F Gilbert Hills SF ride today, I'll be goin off with a group @ 5:30 from the ranger station - about 2 hours. Post ride brews too!...a great way to end the week/start the weekend.
