I checked out West Rock yesterday. Pretty decent. Lots of leaves on the ground...can make it slippery. I didn't try parts of the lower white...looked pretty muddy.
The word on the street is that every place in CT, with the exception of the Northwest hills, is rideable with just a few muddy sections.
