I imagine there is plenty of snow left still on those hilltown
trails. Any idea when they shoud be ready (as in dry and
packed)? I'm itching to get out there..... Anyone in the
Berkshire or Pioneer Valley chapters like riding these places?
They're so remote.

I don't travel quite that far north very often but have ridden both. Definately "out there". These will be some of the last trails to dry out and I wouldn't even think about it untill the end of April.
On your way to these parks you probably go through the town of Goshen and neer the D.A.R. SF. More organized but a lot more single track that we (P.V. NEMBA) have been buffing up for a couple of years now. They also have a nice camp ground there next to the lake.
We will be having a Harpoon ride in this park on May 25th if you would like to check it out with the rest of the NEMBA crew.

Yeah, that Harpoon ride in May sounds like fun. I'm there! I
promise to keep off the remote trails until they're readyQ ;)

I love up in that area and I can verfy that they are definitely not ready. Not only are they too wet, they still have some snowcover in areas! Hell, my backyard still has snowcover, you can imagine how bad the woods are.
