And this here is a BEAST Burley Rock and roll , with optioanl Beam when the wife uses it.) ! but what a fun fast machine it is! get 2 strong riders and you can become a rocket! , right now it is set up for my 6 year old to ride the back, and that is great fun too, and he loves it !

and then there is this unique beast, I'm not sure why I did this . Bit I did ! a Very unual ride. It is a 3 speed, has a sturmey archer hub.

2002 Fuji Newest. I really enjoyed riding this thing. I wasn't too sure about it when I first got it. I originally got it to supplement moutain biking but I would say it is kind of fun..

Trek only made this for a couple years. The front triangle is carbon fiber, it is whippy/flexy down on the bb. Terrible design. Ultegra Groupo.

Splat, 40,000 miles? I'm very impressed. I need to get out on more road rides. I bought this Trek 2200 a couple of years ago to start riding on the road and riding the thing is a blast.

I don't have photos of my actual road ride, but this is what I bought recently and I'm really enjoying it.
I like the feel of the Reynolds 631 steel frame. Preferred it quite a bit over the aluminum rides I tested from K2 and DeVinci. Also, Jamis spec's their bikes out well for the buck IMO.
Road riding is a lot of fun I've come to discover.

Well, I mentioned I got my wife's handy me down Specialized whatever.
After much bothering from Splat I went out for some roadie biz last week. By crackie, it is fun. Road 37 miles around Watchuset Res on Friday after work. (Think I spelled that wrong).
Anyway, I see the light now. It's a great workout and nice change o pace from riding thru the woods. The mt bike feels like a tub of lard after road riding.
It's all good.
