Hey Steve!

I race cars now - no none of that Fast and Foolish street crap. Here's a link and a pic

http://www.hmsmotorsport.com/eimg/2/68/BMWTireRack.jpg(Lime Rock Park, June 2003 - a year ago. Just last week I qualified 4th/25 - only .681s off of Will Turner's pole time. Ended 5th overall (tires were wasted).

Don;t ride much - don't know who rides when anymore. Not interested in riding w/ the jackass crew, if they still ride.

I have a dozen bikes in the cellar - real FATs, a Real Merlin, a Real Bontrager, TedW full susp, all in primo shape but dusty.

Racing took the fun out of riding for me. No desire to race bikes anymore and whatnot. Just sorta lost interest gradually after National Cyclocross Champs and Single Speed Worlds.

I could be coaxed out for a ride once in a while but you'll have to go easy on me - I haven't been on a bike in a loooong time.

Call me at the house sometime SIX17 SIX98 ONE583 (for poachers)

Cheers

Eric

I have an SCCA autocross at Devens that day - I was offered a full ride for the year in a SoloVee all the way up to and including the SCCA National SoloII Championships in Topeka KS in Sept. -

A SoloVee is a Formula Vee (open wheel formula car - think cigar tube w/ four wheels hanging off the corners and no wings, drive it almost laying down) but it has 10" wide Hoosier Slicks (real gumball slicks not street drag tires)

1050 lbs w/ driver, 130hp 0-60 in about 2.5 seconds if you can keep the wheels hooked up.

YEEHAH!

If there wasn't a conflict I would probably drop a wheel or two in for the day but I'll be elsewhere.

Tell all I said hi and keep the rubber side down.
