Kona Bicycles MTB Adventure Ride in the Carrabassett Valley

9/29/18 9:00am to 4:00pm

CR NEMBA invites you to the Kona MTB Adventure Series ride on Saturday, September 23, at the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center in Carrabassett Valley, Maine. Come ride the epic trails of the Carrabassett Valley during peak foliage. Join us for riding fun followed by complimentary beverages courtesy of Baxter Brewing Company as well as burgers and hot dogs. We’d welcome anyone bringing along a pot-luck side to add to the feast. We hope you’ll stay for our informal annual meeting.

Riders of all abilities are welcome and invited. There will be guided rides as outlined below, as well as self-guided routes clearly marked for those who wish to venture on their own. Ride Guides will show you the trail system with riders of similar ability with an emphasis on having fun and connecting with fellow riders.

Who is Invited:

Anyone with or without a bike, from the Valley or beyond, and current NEMBA members and soon to be members who want to be introduced to the trail network and CRNEMBA, to just ride the trails, or most importantly, to have some fun!

Bike Rentals:

There will be a limited number of bike rentals available from Carrabassett Valley Bike. Contact Bob Ash at 207-671-3560.

Annual Meeting: (6:30-7:30PM)

Please join us for an informal meeting with CRNEMBA Board members to learn what we are doing, our relationship with the Carrabassett Valley Trails, and to ask questions and share your hopes and wants for CRNEMBA.

Non-members: $25/person

New Chapter Memberships: $35/individual; $45/family. New members will ride for free!
