Who we are.

We are the Southern New Hampshire chapter of the New England Mountain Bike Association.

We  began in 2007 as a merger of two existing chapters, Seacoast and South – Central NH. We joined together to better accomplish our mission; to promote local interest in mountain biking and to maintain our favorite riding areas and their future. Our geographical area of focus includes most of Southern NH from the Seacoast to Nashua and north to Concord.  Our goal is to protect and expand the areas available to Mountain Biking in our region.

What we do.

We organize various fun rides and events to promote interest in mountain biking in our area. Many chapter members volunteer to lead rides to share their favorite trails and enjoy the camaraderie of group rides. Regular beginner rides are scheduled to introduce new people to the joys of mountain biking.

We give back to the stewards of the areas by working closely with land managers to help with trail building and maintenance and to educate mountain bikers on responsible use of the trails. Our chapter has established relationships with many local and State land managers and is constantly working to develop relationships in other areas.

Trail maintenance is a key component of our chapter activities - we work where we ride. We organize regular maintenance projects in the spring, summer and fall. We invite you to come out and get dirty with us!
