IMBA - The International Mountain Bike Association: This organization promotes mountain bike access world wide and supports over 600 organizations like NEMBA. Their new website is a great resource for all types of mountain bike advocacy.

Middlebury VT Bike Club: Dedicated to Biking in and around Middlebury, VT.
EFTA: The Eastern Fat Tire Association, which is loosely affiliated with NEMBA, sponsors MTB racing in the Northeast USA.
FOMBA: The Friends of Massabesic Bicycling Association is a non-profit organization, dedicated to preserving bicycling priviledges within the Lake Massabesic watershed. Volunteers work directly with the Manchester Water Works implementing a program of general trail improvmements, maintinence and education.

Charles River Wheelmen.: A Boston roadie club. They have urban MTB rides now and then.
Mad About Cycling: MAC is a Cape Cod bicycle advocacy group. They provided a great deal of help setting up NEMBA's Cape Cod & Islands chapter, and remain affilitated with the NEMBA CC&I chapter.
NEBC: The Northest Bicycle Club: The Northeast Bicycle Club is a USCF racing club in Boston's northwest suburbs.
Narragansett Bay Wheelmen: The Narragansett Bay Wheelmen is a bike club in Rhode Island

Stuff on the Net of Interest to New England Mountain Bikers

New England Naturalist Training Center (NENTC): NENTC offers unique, hands on ecology focused environmental education to a
wide variety of groups and the general public.

AMC Worcester Chapter: Promotes the protection, enjoyment, and wise use of the mountains, rivers, and trails of the Northeast.

MASS Maps: It allows you to look at almost all the data in the state's Geographic Information System (GIS), on the web. It will probably be slow through a modem but you can check out USGS maps, aerial photos, and all kinds of stuff.
The Cohos Trail: The Cohos Trail, when it is fully completed, will be a 150-mile long remote and wild trail in northern-most New Hampshire.
Dirt Rag Magazine: DirtRag's a good MTB mag with a lot of stuff on the north east and has some columns written by NEMBAs.
